About Me

Hi! I’m Hayley. I’m a  housewife and stay-at-home-mum, with two gorgeous little boys (B1 & B2) and a fabulous husband (he’s gorgeous too!). I enjoy cooking, scrapbooking, reading, hanging out with friends and sleeping. I also love Jesus, and am thankful for His forgiveness, as I’m far (far!) from perfect.

 

I chose the name “HappyHousewifey” not because I’m always “Happy”, but it came from a combination of the fact that I used to be called “Happy Hayley” by friends and a former boss (it was on my name badge!) and because a “Happy Housewife” is what I aspire to be and am working towards!

 

I’m currently working through 40 goals in 40 weeks (finish May 2012), based on the “52 in 52” challenge on a blog I was reading “And then there were ‘four”, as well as working on developing 12 new habits in 2012.

 

There’s more stuff you don’t really need to know about me here, like my love for having pretty pink toenails …
